How do I request materials?
We encourage you to fill out our online request form. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and monitored weekly. If you do not have the ability to fill out our online request form, you can connect with us by phone, by mail, or by visiting us in person.
How do I return material I borrowed?
If you borrow physical materials from ZIC, the date of return will be labeled on your receipt. When your borrowed material is due back, please return it in person to ZIC. We have a return box at our front door. If you have questions about your return date, or need to extend your loan time, please contact us.
I can’t find the materials I’m looking for. Can you help me?
Need help finding resources? Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the most relevant information and resources for your needs. Please contact us by filling out our onine contact form, calling, or visiting us in person.
How do I visit ZIC in person?
We realise our location can be hard to find. Please follow these directions: ZIC is located on Atikameksheng Anishnawbek, west of Sudbury, off Hwy 17. Driving west from Sudbury, go through the lights at Lively, drive 4 kms west and turn left on Reserve R. at Atikameksheng Anishnawbek outside Naughton. Follow the road past the band office buildings, turning left on Gabode Dr. and left at 603 Gabode Dr.
Your resources would be a valuable asset to my event. How do I get ZIC involved?
ZIC offers free support to community events. Our participation at your event is at no cost to you. We cover all fees related to travel, materials, and event support. Our mission is to support your event with relevant information and resources for your attendees. Contact us to book ZIC at your next event.
I have important content to distribute that would be a good fit with ZIC. How do I submit it?
